The room was modern and very neat. The Japanese style warm toilet seat was fabulous. I found the staff to be sophisticated. They provided welcome treats. Turndown services was completed each evening.
The hotel has some minor cleanliness issue. Housekeeping quickly resolved the concerns I found, such as uncleaned bathroom floor.

Henry, one of the night managers, provided excellent service. He assisted with room service and checkout. His cute and warm demeanor created a feeling of being at home. He provided thoughtful gifts, unexpected and kind. The concierge, Adrian, arranged spa services on short notice. He.
The room size was a bit small. There was not a lot of space for luggage.

the room was cleaned daily to perfection and the housekeeping staff were accommodating.
i found the soundproofing virtually non-existent. i could hear everything from other rooms, disappointing. this could be a serious issue if you are a light sleeper (as i am).
