Excellent Stay at the Akatoki
modern room warm seat sophisticated staff welcome treats
The room was modern and very neat. The Japanese style warm toilet seat was fabulous. I found the staff to be sophisticated. They provided welcome treats. Turndown services was completed each evening.
The hotel has some minor cleanliness issue. Housekeeping quickly resolved the concerns I found, such as uncleaned bathroom floor.

The room design included a modern aesthetic with neat arrangements. There were special robes and tea blends available in room. A warm toilet seat offered a very functional detail. The bed was comfortable.

Henry, one of the night managers, provided excellent service. He assisted with room service and checkout. His cute and warm demeanor created a feeling of being at home. He provided thoughtful gifts, unexpected and kind. The concierge, Adrian, arranged spa services on short notice. He.
The room size was a bit small. There was not a lot of space for luggage.

The breakfast included a "hybrid" model. A la carte style hot dishes were combined with complementary selections from the buffet. This distribution was wisely balanced. The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Adrian, the concierge, arranged everything from luggage to taxi service. He also handled bookings for musicals. The welcome was warm and professional. The staff's attention to detail added a lot.

the hotel staff were friendly. they offered complimentary breakfast and coffee.
the bath wasn't luxurious. i expected luxury but didn't find it. i wouldn't spend money on this hotel again. i enjoyed premier inn as much.

non-existent soundproofing serious issue
the room was cleaned daily to perfection and the housekeeping staff were accommodating.
i found the soundproofing virtually non-existent. i could hear everything from other rooms, disappointing. this could be a serious issue if you are a light sleeper (as i am).
